Sol Echeverría

Sol Echeverría currently serves as Gerente de Talento, Cultura y Relaciones Corporativas at Banco Promerica de Costa Rica S.A. since June 2024 and holds the position of CEO and Cofounder at Empower, which focuses on enhancing employment outcomes through the appreciation of human diversity. As a Founding Partner at Factor Humano since August 2007, Sol Echeverría emphasizes the strategic importance of human capital for clients. Additional roles include Professor at LEAD University and former National Clusters Program Director at PROCOMER.
