Alan Angell

Alan Angell serves as the Vice President and Global Banking & Capital Markets Industry Leader at Factor since January 2023. Previously, Alan held the position of Director at PwC from August 2019 to January 2023, focusing on modernizing legal departments for clients. Alan also contributed as a Partner at Fincap Law LLP from January 2017 to May 2019, working on innovative legal service offerings through technology. Other notable roles include Director at RegXchange Limited and Chief Operating Officer at WallStreetdocs Ltd. Alan's legal experience spans several years in capital markets and derivatives, including a position as Assistant Vice President & Senior Counsel at J.P. Morgan. Alan is educated with a BSc (Hons, 1st Class) in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, a GDL with Distinction from the University of the West of England, and an LPC with Distinction from BPP Law School.
