Chris DeConti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the legal services and business sectors. As Co-Founder and Head of Strategy at Factor since 2019, Chris has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Client Officer and Head of Strategy at Axiom Managed Solutions, and holding various senior leadership positions at Axiom, where responsibilities encompassed business development and global solutions. Chris's career began at the Corporate Executive Board, contributing to the founding management team and the development of executive networks. Chris holds a BSFS/MSFS in International Trade and Finance from Georgetown University.
