Sumera Hassan

Sumera Hassan is an accomplished HR professional with substantial experience in global recruitment and people management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of People at Factor since March 2019, Sumera has previously held key positions at Axiom from December 2011 to March 2019, including Vice President of People & Learning and Director of Global Recruiting. Prior to Axiom, Sumera worked at Revlon as Sr. Director of HR & Global Recruitment from 2008 to 2011, and began a career at Bloomberg as a Generalist and Recruiter from 2002 to 2007. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
