Finding top tech talent with the right personality, passion, and professionalism? That's us.

We have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top tech executives, leaders, tech leads, and specialists - matching them with the right roles and companies.

At FACTOR7, people always come first. We redefine tech recruitment with our human first approach, offering a dual perspective that serves both the candidates and the companies we partner with.

Our principles guide every step in our proces:
- Prioritizing candidates’ needs alongside company goals
- Valuing chemistry as much as credentials
- Putting people over profit
- Solving problems, not just filling positions
- Building lasting relationships, not transactions

Example positions filled within the last year:
CTO / CPTO / Head of Business Applications / Head of IT Operations / Data Engineering Lead / CISO / Programme Manager / IT Project Lead / Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect / AI Architect / Data Architect / Release & Integration Manager / Data Migration Specialist / M365 Product Owner / ERP Manager / Software Engineer / Back-end Developer / Front-end Developer

In Short:
1. We reach the hidden tech talent others can’t.
Top candidates aren’t job hunting - they’re busy making results. But they trust us because we understand them; ie. you get access to a talent pool that job ads and internal searches can’t reach.

2. We look beyond the LinkedIn profile.
We assess the whole person, from leadership potential, collaboration traits and cultural fit to long-term motivation. We find the right person and the right match - not just the right profile.

3. We care for the candidate - and your brand.
Every candidate is treated with respect, transparency, and timely feedback. The result? A human centric hiring process with grateful candidates that strengthens your employer brand.
