Mitchell Emery

Mitchell Emery is an experienced visual merchandiser with a strong background in creative production and team leadership. Currently serving as the NSW Senior Field Visual Merchandiser for factorie since October 2016, Mitchell oversees all visual aspects for 16 stores, including flagship locations, and trains instore managers in visual techniques. Previous roles include visual merchandising positions at General Pants Co. and TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where Mitchell enhanced sales through strategic product placement and team collaboration. With a diverse managerial experience at Industrie Clothing, focusing on human resources and store operations, and recent tenure as the State Visual Merchandising Manager at Just Group, Mitchell has developed comprehensive skills in team development, product management, and customer service. Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Billy Blue College of Design and a BA and BE in Theatre/Theater and English from UNSW Australia.
