Andy Codner currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at Factory and is also an Advisor and Investor at Playgrounds Analytics Inc., focusing on expert advisory and product launch initiatives. Prior to these roles, Andy was the Head of Venture Ecosystem at MongoDB, where leadership was provided for a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing MongoDB's brand in the venture capital space, as well as overseeing the go-to-market strategy for Voyage AI. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Vice President and Regional Director for Strategic Accounts at MongoDB, and an Application Sales Manager at Oracle. Andy began the professional journey as an Enterprise Account Executive and Account Executive at Sungard Availability Services. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University.
