Francesca Labianca

Francesca LaBianca currently serves as the Head of Business Operations at Factory since May 2024. Prior to this role, Francesca was a Principal at MANTIS Venture Capital from November 2021 to May 2024, where notable investments included companies such as Chainguard and AIM Intelligent Machines. Francesca also gained experience as an Investment Associate at Lazard, focusing on mergers and acquisitions across the Technology, Media & Telecom sectors, and previously worked at Lazard as an Investment Banking Analyst. In addition to corporate roles, Francesca held leadership positions in student organizations at Georgetown University, including Co-Vice President of the Beta Gamma Sigma chapter and Director of Personnel for the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund. Educational qualifications include studies at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Summer Study Abroad Program at the University of Oxford, focusing on International Finance and Strategic Management.
