Leo T.

Leo T. is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Factory since 2024, focusing on enhancing autonomy in software engineering. Previously, Leo held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Golden in 2023 and served as Senior Engineering Manager at Stripe from 2021 to 2022, where Leo led teams to improve core payment processing APIs.
