Andy Codner serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at Factory since October 2025 and has held an advisory and investment role at Playgrounds since January 2023. Previously, Andy Codner spent over eight years at MongoDB, advancing from Strategic Account Director to Head of Venture Ecosystem, where responsibilities included expanding the brand among venture capitalists and leading go-to-market strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Oracle, Sungard Availability Services, AMA Laserline, AT&T, and L. Robert Kimball & Associates. Andy Codner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from Liberty University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
