Philippe Sourdois is currently a Senior Advisor at Factory DB Italy Spa, where they assist companies of all sizes in transforming their real estate projects into tools for engagement and performance. Previously, Philippe served as CEO of Tétris from 2010 to 2024 and led Office Solutions S.r.l. after co-founding it in partnership with Steelcase. Philippe also held the position of Italy Sales Manager at Steelcase from 1990 to 1999 and was Vice President of the Chambre Française de Commerce et d'Industrie en Italie from 2010 to 2016. Philippe earned a DESCAF in Business from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse between 1978 and 1982.
