We’re Factory. And we’re a still-young and still-independent advertising agency with offices in Troy, Michigan. Folks who work here bring big ad agency experience and make it available in a much more client-friendly – and, yes, budget-friendly – form. Here’s what we believe: Communication is about forging real connections with people our clients need to reach; great advertising has always been great content; tearing down organizational walls helps ad people make the biggest possible difference; more and more, advertising work needs to be created hands-on and in-house; advertising can – and should – put positive energy into the world. If you’re the kind of marketer who wants to sharpen your stories and bring urgency to your brand . . . you should be talking to Factory.
