Factory Plus supports companies, startups, and third-sector organizations throughout the entire innovation journey, from strategic assessment to the launch of new products and services.

It operates across two complementary areas: sustainable innovation, through corporate innovation, open innovation, startup acceleration, and venture building; and community innovation, through social, environmental, and cultural impact initiatives aimed at institutions, non-profit organizations, and local stakeholders. These are two distinct yet interconnected approaches—market and impact—that reinforce one another, creating a unique model that no other player in Italy combines with the same level of credibility.

Factory Plus builds on the experience of Cariplo Factory, established in 2016 by Fondazione Cariplo.
