Mike Schaefer is currently the VP of Sales & Customer Success at FactoryFix. Prior to this, they were with Outcome Health as their Franchise Manager, Provider Solutions from August 2017 to December 2017. There, they led a team of 10 sellers and was responsible for growing market share in the dermatology specialty. Mike successfully increased production by 39% in October 2017.

From January 2016 to August 2017, Schaefer held the position of Sales Director at Shiftgig. And before that, they were with CareerBuilder as their Sr. Sales Manager, Middle Markets & Enterprise from January 2005 to December 2015. Schaefer started their professional career as a Ticket Sales Representative for Kane County Cougars Baseball from January 2003 to December 2005.

Mike Schaefer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and a High School Diploma from Saint Patrick High School.
