Patrick O'Rahilly is a successful entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. In 2016, they founded FactoryFix, a recruiting solution built specifically for the manufacturing industry. The platform consists of a community of 550,000 manufacturing workers and technology that sources and screens candidates to help employers hire faster. Prior to that, they were a CoFounder at Compass Automation, beginning in 2009.
