Rafael Junior

Rafael Junior is currently a Senior Incident Manager at FactoryPal and has been involved in various technical roles since the late 1990s. They began their career as a Técnico de Electronica at Fibula and later served as a Helpdesk Agent at Faurecia, providing support across multiple countries. Their experience also includes a significant tenure as a Field Service Representative at Tecnocom, where they specialized in IT services for major companies. In addition to their professional work, Rafael participates in the Student Keep initiative, which aims to reduce the digital divide among students during the pandemic. They are pursuing their education in Electrotecnia/Electronica at Escola Secundária Dr. Manuel Gomes de Almeida.
