Amy Richards

Amy Richards has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at FactSet since November 2012, where responsibilities include leading the Application Infrastructure department and overseeing tools that support client-facing APIs. Previous roles at FactSet encompassed various engineering positions, including Director of Engineering and Associate Director of Engineering in Test Infrastructure Engineering, where initiatives significantly improved automated testing processes. Prior to FactSet, Amy held IT leadership positions at Pratt & Whitney and United Technologies, focusing on SAP development and governance, and began a career with roles in software development and database management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
