Chris Hammond is the Vice President and Principal Software Architect at FactSet, having transitioned to this role in 2024. Previously, Chris served as a Principal Software Engineer and a Lead Software Engineer at FactSet Research Systems from 2017 to 2022, alongside earlier roles including Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Chris began their career as an Embedded Software Design Engineer at Marconi from 2001 to 2003. Chris holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia, as well as an MEng in Chemical Engineering from UCL.
