Christine Tan

Christine Tan is a highly experienced professional in the fields of finance and data solutions, currently serving as the Director of Data Solutions at FactSet since July 2023. Tan holds multiple advisory roles, including a position on the Board of Directors of XBRL International, Inc., membership in the SASB Standards XBRL Taxonomy Review Committee, and participation in the IFRS XBRL Taxonomy Consultative Group. With a strong academic background as an Associate Professor at Hunter College and prior positions at Hofstra University and Fordham University, Tan also co-founded idaciti, Inc., where the mission focuses on automating financial and ESG data collection. Previous roles include Project Manager for the FASB XBRL Taxonomy Advisory Group and co-founder of Oxide Solutions. Tan earned a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honors and a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
