Desiree Dancy

Desiree Dancy is an accomplished diversity and inclusion leader with extensive experience in corporate responsibility. As of December 2023, Desiree serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Corporate Responsibility at FactSet. Previously, Desiree held the position of Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President at GLG from October 2020 to December 2023, and served as Group Vice President of Talent and Inclusion at Sims Metal Management Limited from December 2016 to October 2020. Desiree also contributed as a Senior Consultant at Jennifer Brown Consulting, where coaching for senior business and HR leaders focused on enhancing workplace diversity through various strategies. Earlier in the career, Desiree was the Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion at TIAA-CREF from February 2014 to July 2015. Desiree holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Development from The New School.
