Donna Kwan

Donna Kwan is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for APAC at FactSet since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading lateral recruitment across various Business Units and overseeing campus recruitment in the region. Prior to this role, Donna held several positions at Aptitude Asia Limited from August 2013 to June 2022, culminating in the role of Associate Director, specializing in senior recruitment solutions for industries such as investment banking and technology. Earlier experience includes a brief internship at HAESL as a Human Resources Intern, focusing on staff recruitment and process improvement through Six Sigma methodologies. Donna Kwan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from The University of British Columbia, graduating in 2013.
