Krystal Chang, MBA, is a Senior Product Manager at FactSet Research Systems, where they lead product strategy and drive significant growth through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Krystal founded and built a baby product business, achieving a 250% increase in sales through effective marketing strategies. They also held various roles at FactSet, including Product Developer and Training Specialist, where they facilitated client success and drove user adoption across multiple applications. Krystal is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, while also working towards their MBA at the University of California, Davis.
