Lorraine Chambers

Lorraine Chambers, MSc, CSP-SM, SSM, currently serves as the Business Agility Lead at FactSet since June 2017, leading the adoption and expansion of Agility Strategy across programs, while mentoring fellow agilists to enhance client value delivery. Previously, Lorraine held positions as a Senior Scrum Master/Team Coach and Scrum Master/Team Coach, focusing on coaching teams in agile principles and Scrum values. Prior to returning to FactSet in June 2005, Lorraine worked as an Agile Business Analyst at National Debt Relief, LLC, where responsibilities included gathering stakeholder feedback and performing extensive system testing. Lorraine’s career at FactSet also encompassed roles in product management, client services, and financial data administration, supporting research management products. Lorraine holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University and a certificate in Brokerage Operations from the New York Institute of Finance.
