Naveen James currently serves as the Human Resources Director and India Head at FactSet, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Naveen was the Global Head of Human Resources at TestingXperts from May 2017 to December 2019 and the Group Head HR Business Partner at Mindtree from July 2015 to April 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resources at Black Knight between August 2013 and June 2015, and the Regional Head of Human Resources at Mindtree from January 2009 to August 2013.
