Philip A. Hadley

Mr. Hadley served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2000 until stepping down on July 1, 2015. He joined FactSet in 1985 as a consultant and was the Company’s Vice President, Sales from 1986 to 1989 and Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing from 1989 to 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hadley was employed by Cargill Corporation. He currently serves as a member of the board of advisors of Kum & Go. Mr. Hadley received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

As Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hadley brings to the Board of Directors his thorough knowledge of FactSet’s business, strategy, people, operations, competition and financial position. He provides recognized executive leadership and vision. In addition, Mr. Hadley brings with him a global network of client and industry relationships.
