Raghav Rathi

Raghav Rathi is currently the Vice President and Principal Product Manager at FactSet, leading the product management function focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. They have a diverse background in finance and technology, having previously served as a Senior Analyst at D. E. Shaw & Co., where they managed tax reconciliation for real estate investments, and as an Engineer at Essar Oil, where they contributed to process design and stakeholder management. Raghav holds an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business, where they achieved Dean's List honors.
