Rajitha Toom

Rajitha Toom is currently the Global Head of Employee Benefits & Wellbeing and Regional Director of Total Rewards at FactSet, where they have been shaping total reward strategies across various Asia regions since 2010. Previously, Rajitha served as Corporate Head of Compensation and Benefits at EMRI from 2006 to 2010, overseeing compensation philosophy and benefits management. They also held positions as a Senior HR Associate at IEC Systems and a Senior HR Business Analyst at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Rajitha holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Social Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources Management/Financial Management, along with an LLM from NALSAR University.
