Scott Kapusta

Scott Kapusta currently serves as the Global Head of Tax at FactSet since April 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Senior Director - Global Tax at Geller / Bloomberg from May 2023 to March 2024. From August 2007 to March 2023, Scott had a significant tenure at Moody's Corporation, where roles included Chief Tax Officer, Managing Director - Global Tax Counsel, Senior Vice President - International Tax, and Vice President - Tax. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte from August 2001 to July 2007 and Associate Legal Counsel at Wilson Elser from June 1999 to August 2001. Scott began a legal career as a Law Clerk at the New York State Appellate Division, 2nd Department from June 1995 to April 1999. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law (JD), Cum Laude, from St. John's University School of Law.
