Shawn Samuel is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and strategic leadership within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as SVP of Engineering at FactSet since February 2025, Shawn also owns Seagrape Technologies LLC since January 2019 and has held significant roles at LiquidityBook from June 2004 to February 2025, including Board Member and CTO, where focus was on strategy and technology for POEMS. Previous positions include Senior Managing Partner at Intapp, CTO at Skillz Inc., Chief Architect at Thomson Reuters, and other technical leadership roles at Contact Networks and Broad Institute. Shawn holds an AB degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Chemistry from Harvard University and attended Friends Academy.
