Shravan Kumar

Shravan Kumar is an experienced team leader with a demonstrated history of managing and mentoring teams in various capacities. Currently serving as a Team Leader at FactSet Systems India Pvt Ltd since June 2022, Shravan oversees daily operations of a team of 20 full-time employees, including a process specialist. Prior to this role, Shravan held a similar position at Tech Mahindra from July 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included motivating and developing team members in a fast-paced environment. Shravan's earlier experience includes serving as a Client Technical Support Senior Associate at Dell International Services India, assisting US customers with technical support and sales for Dell products, as well as working as a Technical Support Associate L1 at Nipuna Services Limited, providing frontline support to a US-based telecom company. Shravan holds a Bachelor's degree from the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM).
