Tobi Oyewole

Tobi Oyewole is a senior manager of global sustainability at FactSet, where they drive enterprise sustainability and climate strategies that yield measurable business impact. With extensive experience across finance, real estate, mining, manufacturing, and technology, Tobi leads cross-functional teams to implement ESG strategies, GHG accounting, climate risk management, and sustainability reporting. They have successfully developed enterprise-wide sustainability strategies and built global data management platforms. In addition to their corporate role, Tobi serves as a part-time faculty lecturer in Sustainable Business Strategy at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is actively involved in mentoring the next generation of ESG leaders. Tobi’s educational background includes a Master of Environmental Studies in Sustainability Management from the University of Waterloo and ongoing studies in Social Impact Assessment and Sustainability Reporting.
