Tony Yu has over a decade of experience in engineering and technical support roles within the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Fix Engineer at FactSet since February 2014, Tony has progressed from a Senior Fix Engineer to leading projects and enhancing system performance. Prior to FactSet, Tony worked at Portware as a Technical Support Engineer for three years and gained significant experience as a System Engineer at SYSCOM (USA) INC. from July 2007 to February 2011. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from Farmingdale State College.
