Sruthi Saseendran

Sruthi Saseendran is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Starting as a Summer Intern at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2015, a project focused on employee engagement laid the groundwork for a career that progressed through various positions at IDFC FIRST Bank, including Assistant Manager HR and Senior Human Resources Manager. Subsequent roles included Management Trainee at BYJU'S and Senior Manager - HRBP at Skill-Lync. Currently, Sruthi serves as Manager - HR Business Partner at Factspan, demonstrating expertise in HR business partnership within different sectors. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karpagam University and an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
