Heather Jones

Heather Jones, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Strategic Solutions at Factual Data. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager for Systems and Operations Support at the same company. Before joining Factual Data, Heather was a Project Coordinator at RJ Lee Group. Heather began their career at PPG Industries as a Raw Material Assistant, where they were responsible for maintaining the material database and utilizing ERP systems. Heather is skilled in using MS Office applications and has a strong background in project coordination and management.

Heather Jones, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Waynesburg University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Along with their educational achievements, Heather has also obtained several certifications including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in November 2022. Heather also holds certifications such as Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn, obtained in December 2021, as well as certifications in Learning Confluence 2018 and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, also achieved in December 2021, both from LinkedIn.
