Michael Polishen has extensive experience in account management and support, currently serving in various roles at Factual Data since August 2019, including Account Support and Account Management & Batch Support. Prior to this, Michael Polishen worked at CBCInnovis from August 2002 to August 2019, where responsibilities included Account Management & Batch Support, Tier II Support, Account Setups, and Quality Control. Michael Polishen holds an MBA/MS-MIS with a focus on Supply Chain and IT from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business (2003-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Business Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania (1997-2001).
