Nick Kochanov

Nick Kochanov has a diverse range of work experience. Nick started their career at Barnes & Noble, Inc. in 2013 as a Head Cashier/Bookseller, where they maintained cash tills, engaged with customers, and trained new employees. Nick then worked at CBCInnovis as a Technical Support Agent and later as a Senior Customer Support Agent, where they provided assistance to mortgage lenders, handled confidential information, and resolved consumer disputes. From 2018 to 2020, Nick worked as a Voice Teacher at Higher Voice Studio and as a Chorister at Pittsburgh Opera. In 2020, they joined Factual Data as a Strategic Account Manager for the Central Region, and later became the Senior Strategic Account Manager for the Eastern Region. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Support at Factual Data. Additionally, Nick worked as a Voice Over Artist from 2020 to 2022.
