Joe Lampe

Joe Lampe, AICP, is a mobility and planning expert focused on adaptation and resilience within urban environments. With over a decade of experience across the U.S., Europe, and emerging markets, Joe has led complex projects that bridge climate adaptation, mobility, and urban resilience strategies. Current roles include Director of Programs at Young Professionals in Transportation International and Founder & Principal at Resilient Future Consulting, where they are dedicated to creating smarter, more sustainable cities. Joe's past experience includes positions at SRF Consulting Group and Kimley-Horn, where they managed multimillion-dollar projects and secured significant funding for critical infrastructure. Joe holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from Allegheny College.
