John Mansir has extensive work experience in data science and technology. John started their career as a Software Development Engineer at Amadeus and later co-founded Outingly. John then worked as a Developer at Myriada. In 2013, they joined University College London for their PhD in Quantum Physics, where they focused on developing silicon-based nanoelectronic quantum computing devices. Following their PhD, they joined Faculty as a Data Science Fellow and eventually became a Senior Data Scientist. At Faculty, they led various projects, including being the Technical Lead on the NHS England Covid-19 Early Warning System and the A&E forecasting project. John is also the Principal Data Scientist at Faculty, responsible for leading client engagements for the decision intelligence product "Frontier".
John Mansir completed their education at UCL, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Science (MSci) in Physics at Imperial College London from 2007 to 2011.
