Shailan Mohan

Shailan Mohan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and product management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Faculty since September 2022, Shailan aids retailers, brands, and professional service clients in leveraging AI for superior performance. Previously at BT from May 2011 to August 2022, Shailan held multiple roles including Business Director of IoT Sales, where responsibilities included launching BT's IoT product area and driving the global Retail IoT strategy, achieving substantial revenue growth and international expansion. Shailan co-founded Unleash, focusing on eCommerce aggregation on Amazon, and has also held impactful roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Hovr, the US Department of Transportation, and Clickthebutton.com. Shailan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Rochester.
