Faculty is a practitioner-led platform that brings experienced former Senior Executives into focused, time-bound work with boards, private equity funds and executive teams when leadership decisions matter.

Faculty grew out of the Academy Group, an executive leadership network with more than 250 senior leaders across the Nordic business community.

We are engaged to help create clarity, alignment and a shared view of reality when experienced judgement is needed. Faculty works at board and owner level and alongside executive teams navigating complex decisions.

We do not take over responsibility. We help leaders create focus so decisions can be taken with confidence.
