Lara Raii

Lara Raii has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lara started their career as a Project Management Intern at Blueprint Middle East in 2015, where they attended planning meetings and collaborated with different project team members. In 2016, they worked as a Site Engineer Intern at Kfoury Engineering & Contracting s.a.r.l, overseeing construction quality and supervising workers on various projects.

Lara then gained experience as a Structural Engineer Intern at Associated Consulting Engineers ; ACE in 2017. In 2018, Lara worked as a Sales Engineer at Gems Group Ltd, where they focused on renovation and refurnishing works for residential and commercial projects, as well as developing a portfolio of clients.

Since 2019, Lara has been working at FADEL, where they have taken on increasing levels of responsibility. Lara started as a Junior Business Analyst, preparing and leading workshops to express business requirements and needs. Lara also documented requirements and communicated with technical teams. In 2021, they were promoted to Business Analyst, and most recently, they hold the role of Senior Business Analyst at FADEL.

After that, they enrolled in Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK from 2013 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
