Lorena Game

Lorena Game is a Psychology graduate from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana del Ecuador, with professional experience in human resources and recruitment. At San Miguel Industrias PET S.A. from August 2022 to January 2023, Lorena executed recruitment processes for operational positions and managed the SUT platform. Subsequently, at Skretting Ecuador from January 2023 to July 2023, Lorena coordinated training for technical, operational, and administrative staff while collecting data on roles to assess performance metrics. In February 2025, Lorena joined Fadesa as a Generalista de Talento Humano, responsible for recruitment processes across various levels and preparing selection reports for internal clients.
