Mildred Rodriguez

Mildred Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mildred began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Eden Roc Renaissance Resort & Spa in 2000, where they worked for seven years. Mildred then held the position of Human Resources Director at Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach from 2007 to 2011. Mildred then worked as a Human Resources Consultant for St. Regis Hotel and Tailored Hospitality in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Mildred served as the Human Resources Director at The Setai from 2012 to 2014, and is currently the Complex Human Resources Director at Faena Hotel Miami Beach.

Mildred Rodriguez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the College of Business at Florida International University. Mildred pursued their education at this institution from 1995 to 1999.
