André Luís Silva

André Luís Silva is a Production Engineer with nine years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in product standardization, logistics, purchasing, and cost management. They hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on Lean Manufacturing applications, and are currently pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. André works as a Professor at the Centro Universitário de Barra Mansa, teaching various engineering courses while also managing extension projects and serving on the Ethics Committee in Research. Additionally, they are engaged in quality analysis at Unimed Volta Redonda and have been an active member of research initiatives in innovation and sustainability.
