Peter Wilson

Peter Wilson has extensive work experience in food operations and management. Peter currently holds the position of Senior Food Operations Manager at Faeth Therapeutics since 2023. Before that, they worked at Green Chef as an Operations Manager from 2021 to 2023 and as a Production Manager from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Peter worked at Pressery as an Operations Manager from 2020 to 2020. Peter also has experience as the Director of Operations at Wonder Press from 2018 to 2020. Peter's earlier work experience includes roles at Whole Foods Market, where they served as a Facility Team Leader, Associate Facility Team Leader, Quality Assurance Team Leader, and Team Leader. Peter also worked as a Chef at the University of Northern Colorado. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage operations, improve efficiency, and achieve cost savings.

Peter Wilson completed their education at various institutions. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Sewickley Academy, where they pursued courses without obtaining a specific degree or field of study. Following this, from 1992 to 1996, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they enrolled in the American Culinary Association, where they obtained a degree as a certified cook, though the field of study is unspecified. In May 2016, they also obtained a certification as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual from SGS.
