Dean Daniel has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as General Manager for Utah and Oregon Operations at Sun Gro Horticulture since 2000. Responsibilities include budget creation and management, lean manufacturing instruction, operational strategy development, and overseeing safety and quality cultures. Dean is also a member of the Western Region Leadership Team and the Corporate Central Safety Committee. Prior to this role, Dean worked at Unilever as a Production Supervisor, TPM Facilitator, and Safety Manager, facilitating multiple lean projects and managing production teams. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dayton Bible College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
