COOLPV is here! The oldest and largest solar thermal collector manufacturer in the USA partnered with the oldest and largest solar electric module manufacturer in the USA to create a panel that combines the best of these technologies into one product. COOLPV is an enhanced solar electrical system that generates electricity and heats water using the same panel on the same valuable solar roof space. Because COOLPV cools the solar electric panel, it can increase the electrical output of the PV module between 5% and 20%, depending on thermal load.
