Jay McEniry

Jay McEniry serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for North America at Fagron, leading government affairs for the company’s diverse holdings, which include multiple outsourcing facilities and drug repackaging firms. With a robust background in health law, Jay held leadership positions within the American Bar Association Health Law Section for eight years, culminating as Immediate Past Chair. As Founder and Managing Member of Consors Consulting Group, Jay developed a suite of services for pharmacies and outsourcing facilities, and previously served as Executive Director of Patients and Physicians for Rx Access, advocating for patient access to medications. Jay's extensive professional experience is further complemented by roles in executive management and teaching, alongside a JD from The University of Alabama School of Law and a degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
