John Niederman

John Niederman is a seasoned professional in human and community development with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Entrepreneurship at Fortitude Fund since June 2022, John supports entrepreneurs in Northeast Indiana through grants and mentorship. As a Fahe Fellow since August 2020 and having previously held the positions of President and CEO of Pathfinder Services for over 35 years, John was instrumental in managing a significant budget and enhancing opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other community members. John's earlier roles include Director of Special Services at Anthony Wayne Rehabilitation Center and Arthritis Social Worker at St. Louis University Hospitals. John's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, an M.B.A. in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Saint Francis, and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University.
