Ingrid David

Ingrid David is a skilled Service Designer currently contributing to Fail Fast Studio in Barcelona since September 2023. With a strong background in human-centered design, Ingrid serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Human-Centered Service Design course at IDEO U and also empowers students as an Alumni Coach. Previous experience includes serving as a Service Designer at IZO, where Ingrid focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences. Ingrid has significant expertise in hotel management, having held managerial roles at various prestigious establishments, including Petit Palace Hotelity, Majestic Hotel Group, and Roger Smith Hotel. Ingrid’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Customer Experience and Service Design and a UX/UI Design Immersive program, complemented by various postgraduate courses in Lean Management and Revenue Management.
